From downtown Duluth:

Take Interstate 35 to Interstate 535 S/ U.S. Highway 53 South via Exit 255B on the left toward Wisconsin. I-535 S/ US-53 S becomes Hammond Avenue in Superior. Travel 1 mile to Belknap Street (U.S. Highways 2/53 Business Route). After 1/3 mile you’ll be at an intersection with Tower Avenue. Turn left. Drive 1.6 miles to St. Mary’s Hospital of Superior at 3500 Tower Ave.

From the east:

Follow U.S. Highway 53 north to 18th Avenue East in Superior. Turn left and drive for 0.5 miles. 18th Avenue East becomes North 28th Street East. Go 2.1 miles on 28th to Tower Avenue. Take Tower 0.6 miles to St. Mary’s Hospital of Superior at 3500 Tower Ave.

From the south:

Take Wisconsin Highway 35 north to Superior. Highway 35 becomes Tower Avenue. St. Mary’s Hospital of Superior is at 3500 Tower Ave., on your right.
